Symptoms:
Often called the "silent killer," hypertension may show no symptoms. Severe cases might cause:

- Chest pain or blurred vision.
Management:
- Lifestyle Changes: Healthy diet, regular exercise, stress reduction, and quitting smoking.
- Medication: Prescribed antihypertensive drugs.
